Sound familiar?

WhatsApp, paper challans
and an Excel nobody updates.

Most builders run purchasing in chats, deliveries on paper, attendance in a register and the plan in a spreadsheet. SiteMetrics puts it in one app the office and the site share, so everyone works from the same numbers.

Which orders are still waiting for material?

Open orders and pending deliveries for every site, always up to date.

Did we get 400 bags or 450? Where's the challan?

Each delivery is recorded at the gate against its order, with photos of the challan and the bill.

Are we over budget on steel at this site?

Budget, received and balance for each item at each site, worked out from real deliveries.

Who was on site today, and when did they leave?

Attendance from staff phones, fenced to each site and checked on the server.

Is the tower on schedule?

A plan for each site and a daily report from it, so delays show up the day they happen.

Which vendor bills fall due this week?

Payment due for each delivery, from that vendor's payment terms.

How it works

From the site's request
to the last rupee paid.

01 · REQUEST

The site asks for material

Site engineers list the items, quantities and when they're needed, straight from their phone.

  • Item lists filtered by category
  • Rejected with a reason the engineer sees
A purchase request on a phone
02 · ORDER

Purchase raises the order

A purchase order or work order from the request, with rates, GST and your terms, sent as a PDF on your letterhead by email or WhatsApp.

  • The last rate paid shows as you pick an item
  • Order numbers that never repeat
  • Amount in words, in lakh and crore
A purchase order partly received
03 · RECEIVE

The gate records the delivery

The storekeeper picks the order, enters what arrived and photographs the challan. Part deliveries, extras and shortfalls are all handled.

  • A storekeeper never sees a price
  • Wrong entries voided with a reason, never deleted
Recording a delivery on a phone
04 · PAY

Bills fall due on their own

Each delivery's due date comes from the vendor's payment terms. Overdue bills come first, and paying one takes the date and a note.

  • Value received against ordered, line by line
  • Purchase and delivery registers in Excel
Payment due
05 · REPORT

The site reports, the plan keeps up

Every evening the site files its labour, work done and photos. The plan's dates follow what really happened, so a slip shows up the same day.

  • Plans from MS Project (.mpp or XML) or Excel
  • A reminder when a site hasn't reported

Purchase requests

Sites ask for material from their phones. Purchase sees every request in one list.

Purchase & work orders

GST, your terms per category, PDF by email or WhatsApp. Cancel, close short or reopen.

Deliveries

Goods received against the order with challan photos, part deliveries and extras.

Budgets

Material budgets per site, used up by real deliveries, with an alert before you run over.

Payments due

Every vendor bill's due date from its payment terms. Overdue first, paid with a note.

Attendance & leave

Automatic check-in inside each site's fence, step-outs, leave requests and approvals.

Site plans & reports

MS Project or Excel plans, and a daily report of labour, work done and photos.

Analytics

Spend, rates, deliveries, attendance and site work for one site or all of them.

Attendance

Attendance that marks itself.

Staff open the app on site and they're checked in. Each site has a fence on the map, and the server checks the phone's location against it, so nobody marks attendance from home.

  • Leaving asks: stepping out, or done for the day? Leaving early asks for a reason.
  • Timings by role: site and office staff keep their own hours, lunch and work days.
  • A forgotten check-out closes at the last time seen, not at midnight.
  • Today on site: who is where right now, at a glance.

Location is read only at your work sites and only during working hours set by the firm (automatic in the phone app, with permission); never on days off and never a continuous trail. Readings taken during the day are deleted after 120 days at most. How location is used

Site progress

Your MS Project plan, kept honest by the site.

Import the plan from MS Project or Excel, with a preview before anything is saved. Daily reports fill in the progress and move the dates to match what actually happened.

  • Tasks inside tasks, links with lag, milestones and % complete.
  • Labour by firm and skill, work done with photos, and any issue.
  • Reports lock when submitted. Only an admin reopens them, and every change is logged.

Analytics

The whole business on one screen.

For the owner: purchasing, site work and attendance for one site or all of them, for this month, this financial year or any dates.

  • Rate watch: the same item bought dearer than before.
  • Open commitments, overdue deliveries and budget health per site.
  • An S-curve of planned against actual progress for every site.
Purchasing analytics: ordered ₹1.8 Cr, received ₹1.58 Cr, and the monthly trend

FAQ

Questions builders ask

Do our staff need to install anything?

No app store. Staff open a link in their phone's browser and add it to the home screen, where it works like an app, with notifications. It runs on Android and iPhone, and on any desktop browser in the office.

Is there a limit on users or sites?

No. The price is per firm, not per person. Add your office, every site engineer and storekeeper, and every new site as you grow. Very large teams, with several hundred users, get their own quotation.

Can site staff use it in Gujarati or Hindi?

Yes. Each person picks English, Gujarati or Hindi for themselves, and can change it any time.

Where is our data, and who else can see it?

Your firm gets its own database and file storage on Microsoft Azure in India, separate from every other firm. Inside your firm, each role sees only what it needs, and site staff see only their own sites.

Can we bring in our existing data?

Your sites, staff, vendors and items are loaded from your spreadsheets as part of setup. Moving older orders and deliveries from AppSheet or Excel can be done too; we'll look at your files and tell you up front.

What if we need something the app doesn't do?

Tell us. Each change request is reviewed case by case: small changes are usually covered, and larger work is quoted before we start. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.

What does Azure hosting cost?

Your firm has its own server, database, storage and backups on Microsoft Azure in India. You pay Microsoft's actual cost for them. We bill an estimate once a year in advance, about ₹24,000 + GST for a typical firm, and settle the difference from the actual cost on the next year's invoice, with the cost report. It grows mainly with the photos and files you store. We tell you before any change that would raise it, such as a larger database.

How are the fees billed?

The ₹1,00,000 setup fee on signing. The ₹50,000 yearly fee for support, updates and new features at go-live, for the year counted from your contract date, then on each contract anniversary. Azure hosting yearly in advance, as above. All plus GST. If you ever stop, we hand you a full copy of your data and files.
