The site asks for material
Site engineers list the items, quantities and when they're needed, straight from their phone.

Purchasing, deliveries, budgets, attendance and site plans: one app for your office and every site, under your firm's own name.
The office works on a desktop, the site on a phone, and both see the same numbers the moment anything changes.

Most builders run purchasing in chats, deliveries on paper, attendance in a register and the plan in a spreadsheet. SiteMetrics puts it in one app the office and the site share, so everyone works from the same numbers.
Which orders are still waiting for material?
Open orders and pending deliveries for every site, always up to date.
Did we get 400 bags or 450? Where's the challan?
Each delivery is recorded at the gate against its order, with photos of the challan and the bill.
Are we over budget on steel at this site?
Budget, received and balance for each item at each site, worked out from real deliveries.
Who was on site today, and when did they leave?
Attendance from staff phones, fenced to each site and checked on the server.
Is the tower on schedule?
A plan for each site and a daily report from it, so delays show up the day they happen.
Which vendor bills fall due this week?
Payment due for each delivery, from that vendor's payment terms.
Site engineers list the items, quantities and when they're needed, straight from their phone.

A purchase order or work order from the request, with rates, GST and your terms, sent as a PDF on your letterhead by email or WhatsApp.

The storekeeper picks the order, enters what arrived and photographs the challan. Part deliveries, extras and shortfalls are all handled.

Each delivery's due date comes from the vendor's payment terms. Overdue bills come first, and paying one takes the date and a note.

Every evening the site files its labour, work done and photos. The plan's dates follow what really happened, so a slip shows up the same day.

Sites ask for material from their phones. Purchase sees every request in one list.
GST, your terms per category, PDF by email or WhatsApp. Cancel, close short or reopen.
Goods received against the order with challan photos, part deliveries and extras.
Material budgets per site, used up by real deliveries, with an alert before you run over.
Every vendor bill's due date from its payment terms. Overdue first, paid with a note.
Automatic check-in inside each site's fence, step-outs, leave requests and approvals.
MS Project or Excel plans, and a daily report of labour, work done and photos.
Spend, rates, deliveries, attendance and site work for one site or all of them.
Staff open the app on site and they're checked in. Each site has a fence on the map, and the server checks the phone's location against it, so nobody marks attendance from home.
Location is read only while the app is open on screen, never in the background. Readings taken during the day are deleted after 120 days at most. How location is used
Import the plan from MS Project or Excel, with a preview before anything is saved. Daily reports fill in the progress and move the dates to match what actually happened.

For the owner: purchasing, site work and attendance for one site or all of them, for this month, this financial year or any dates.
